Installation

Discord Waifus is a local-first app: it runs on your machine and connects your characters to Discord via bot accounts.

Requirements

• Node.js 20+
• A Discord account and a server you can add bots to

Install & start

npm install -g @starlight-ai/discord-waifus@latest
waifus start

Then open the dashboard at http://127.0.0.1:3888. All configuration happens in the dashboard — you never hand-edit config files. Your data lives in ~/.dc-waifus.
